Overview
The aim of Lockdown is to get into the city, and leave with as much money as possible. Players receive cash by robbing various stores in the city. However, as players rob each location, one of three things will take place. More money could be added to the city, Police checkpoints could be set up, or the Police presence in the city could increase. Once the Police presence reaches it's limit, the city is put into complete lockdown. Any players still in the city at this point, are arrested! The game ends once all players have escaped the city, or until the Police declare a full city lockdown. The player who manages to escape with the most, wins!
Project Updates
Latest Lockdown Prototype
I've "prettied" up the city map a lot, by adding buildings and trees. I made some tokens for the pick-up items and added the moveable Police units.
The first colour prototype for Lockdown
As you can see, there's a huge lack of colour. I changed the faces on the dice using a vivid. Very low quality prototype. A lot of the parts are borrowed from other games. I even made the pick-up items from old Scrabble tiles.
